During Dan and Steve’s visit to our office, I was able to witness firsthand the benefits of improv and the positive impact it had on our team spirit. Our team had a blast working with Dan and Steve, as we were encouraged to step out of our comfort zones and creatively express ourselves in front or our peers. We laughed with – and at – each other for the entire two hours of the workshop while at the same time, grew a deeper understanding of the importance of cheering each other on during tough moments (getting up one by one and acting out whatever felt “natural” in front of the whole company is no easy feat!), and following each other’s cues to tackle difficult tasks together.
